ICC is using round robin format for conducting cricket world cup 2019 after 27 years.In round robin format each team plays against other one time.This way the tournament becomes more interesting and efficient.The teams must stay on top of their game for a long time to win the cup.The tournament starts on 30th may with the hosts england facing against the proteas and concludes on 14th july.
The group stage matches are till 6th july.Each team plays 9 matches by then.The semifinals are on 9th &11th july and the final is on 14th july.ICC kept the reserve days for semifinals and final on the next day respetively.
